Random stuff that, for the most part, is too boring to put on Mastodon, Bluesky or Instagram. This is mostly to let Future Me have a look at what Past Me has wasted his time with. //
Still not sure what nonsense I want to post here.
A website that you build on the side offers the opportunity to incorporate all the stuff you usually don’t use – or need. So here are unnecessary CSS masks, some sticky business, scroll-driven animations, fancy typo, an AI joke & an old-school shoutbox. Needs some fine-tuning though, but published is better than perfect.

What?! Did Dinosaurs get nerfed? I don’t recall having that much trouble getting to ten wins with Dinosaurs. (If they nerfed Dinos: Good call.)
Finally here. It took me 20 hours to get to the DLC of »Lies of P«. I replayed the first nine chapters on normal difficulty. And that Green Monster Of The Swamp is still no fun. I heard the DLC is annoying as well … #LiesOfP #LiesofPOverture
Phew. After a nothing-start I pivoted to a Tortuga Build. Got a Darkstone Engine. And, more importantly, the Sharpened Steel Skill (After you use a Weapon, Adjacent items gain 12% Crit Chance for the fight). That resulted in a slow start, and then two Tortuga hits for 3400 Damage pretty fast one after the other. That blasted everyone to the bottom of the sea.
What now?! That Platinum Fiery Poppy Field in combination with Toxic Flame (When you Burn your Poison items gain +4 Poison for the fight. When you Poison your Burn items gain +4 Burn for the fight) is a beast. That scales really fast. I was so convinced it was absurdly overpowered. And I still lost against a Lifesteal Weapons Mak. Unbelievable.
Holy Swish! The Langxian is still valid. This one got me from day 1 to day 12. There are not many who can survive a 3216 Hit with a 110% Crit chance from an Obsidian Langxian after around 6 seconds. Tick tick tick, crit, dead. Hehe.
Yepp. Dinosaurs are still highly unfair.
Just had my first run with a Mak quest item. Got this Idol of Decay early and stuck with it. I ended with nine wins. Not bad. I really like the quest mechanic.
Oh, it’s BYOBR – Bring Your Own Bass/Guitar Rap. I like. Just a bit too short.
Well, look at that. Finally a win with a Temple Relic. And probably the first time I won with an Atlas Stone active in the build.
Wow. Burn Core is still is a viable option. Hell yeah!
Holy crap. I didn’t have much hope for the end game. But this Tech build got really fast. Overwhelmed in seconds.
I didn’t think a Freeze Build could work with Dooley. Boy, was I wrong. Took some time to get the Nitrogen Hammer to Platinum, but after that you reach high Bonk damage pretty fast.
Look Ma, no dinos! Dooley is the GOAT right now.
Ok, maybe dinosaurs are too strong. Every dino build I had so far got me to ten wins. Maybe that changes as soon as more people get their dino expansion.
I love the new season in The Bazaar. Heavy Firepower for my overpowered Dinosaur/Relic build? Sure, gimme. (Heavy Firepower: If you have 5 or fewer items in play, your Weapons have +75 Damage.)
Rooooaaaaarrr. My first (forced) Dooley Dinosaur Build was a smashing success. At first that Dinosawer looked rather weak, but this item was the MVP. With some valuable support from Tanky Anky and the Metronome. This is a fun extension.
I am finally back in Krat for the weekend (and probably the next few weeks). The DLC is a fine occasion to replay #LiesOfP.
This was a fun one. A working Burn Build for Vanessa. But with Solar Farm, Calcinator and Restorative Fire Claw. What a wild mix.
Whoop whoop. Another perfect win thanks to this nice little Obsidian Railgun. The 28% Crit on this was helpful as well.
Ok. A Jabalian Drum build is quite boring. But this one was thrusted upon me. The Slow enchantment made this really unfair. A Heavy Jabalian Drum should not exist. I mean, with five multicast weapons and a Yo-Yo this was unbeatable.
I was quite happy with my overpowered multi-attack weapons build. Till that 559 Burn (in combat) Fiery Subscraper overpowered me.
Like cutting through butter. I rarely use the Railgun or the Atomic Clock. But a Shiny Railgun and a Turbo Atomic Clock with six Ammo just blasted through the competition. (I just shouldn’t have picked a fight with Lord Arken. I couldn’t handle his Vitality Potion.)
Uh, another wild mix. I threw away a nice Toxic Grenade + Powder Flask + Silencer + Orange Julian + Crow's Nest combo. Just because I got an Obsidian Tortuga. This worked fine with Bill Dozer and Electric Eels. Even though I had no healing. Can’t believe this ended in a perfect win.
